VanderZicht Real Estate was established in 1994 and Incorporated in 1996 as an independent real estate company whose main focus is to strive to provide quality and professional service to all clients and customers. To accomplish this goal, our company seeks to hire and retain professionally trained agents through the real estate industry’s quality education programs including but not limited to the GRI, CRS, and CRB designations. These programs are recommended and provided by the National and Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Because every real estate transaction is unique, experience is an integral part of the service that VanderZicht Real Estate, Inc. is able to provide. Twenty years of day-to-day real estate activity, in addition to the regional level of the Worcester Board of Realtors, participation in the Education, Professional Standards, Grievance Committees and Mass State Board of Directors, serves as a strong and broad based foundation.
